We want to hear your story!
The team at Brittany’s Baskets of Hope is putting together a book for families new to the Down syndrome community. A copy of the book will go in every basket of hope we send to families across the country who are expecting or have just welcomed a new baby with Down syndrome.
We imagine this book as a nourishing, honest and most of all loving offering to those just beginning their journey.
The book will be a collection of stories, poems, letters, quotes, or anything YOU, our contributors in the Down syndrome community, imagine.
We’re looking for these stories to tell the full range of emotions and experiences—the blessings, the challenging moments, and everything in between from families from all backgrounds and ways of being.
We’re seeking stories, poems, or letters from anyone in the community, whether you're rockin' an extra chromosome yourself or you’re a parent, sibling, grandparent, teacher, professional (speech therapist, occupational therapist, etc.), coach, or otherwise connected. If Down syndrome has touched your life, please consider sharing with us.
DETAILS:
Submit your story, poem, letter, or other writing to us through this form.
Submission deadline: July 29, 2021
If we select your submission for publication, we will email you to let you know. Please give us a few months to make our final selections.
We may also share some selections on our social media pages.

Sharing personal stories can be a powerful way to help others feel understood, and this post presents that idea with genuine warmth. I appreciated the invitation to contribute because individual experiences can offer perspectives that cannot always be captured through general advice. Stories also become part of how people remember important chapters of life. That sense of personal meaning connects nicely with cathedral engagement rings especially when considering thoughtful symbols such as lab diamond engagement rings Toronto for significant moments.
A beautiful reminder of how personal stories can create meaningful connections and inspire others. The way you encourage people to share their experiences shows the power of community and support. I recently read a related discussion on https://www.alamodtf.com/ that also explored how shared experiences can bring people together in positive ways.
I appreciate the clean styling of the Marta Kostyuk National Bank Open Dress. The design feels lightweight and elegant, making it a nice option for people who enjoy clothing inspired by professional tennis with a sophisticated finish.
I was checking bg678 download apk online and wanted to know if the experience is the same on browser and the app. Is there any difference in speed, result updates, or features between both options?
