Who’s got the happiest dogs? Gracie does!

Gracie’s an enterprising young woman who happens to have Down syndrome and she’s created a company that’s a big hit with the furry, four-pawed community: a dog treat company built on love. Dogs from all across the country wag their tails when a package from Gracie arrives, and Gracie calls all of them her “G-Dogs.”

We caught up with Gracie recently, asking her fun questions about her company, Gracie’s Doggie Delights, and her life. Here’s what she had to say:

How many dogs do you have and what are their names?

We have 3 dogs: Zoe, Frodo & Liam. They are all rescue miniature schnauzers. We call them Original G-Dogs and they are our “quality control specialists.”

What’s the best part about having dogs?

The best part about having dogs is the love they give and we love them right back.

When it comes to your business, what’s your favorite part of the job?

I like to label and seal the bags. Also writing “Thank you’s” for every order.

Do you love being the boss?

I love being the Boss and I get to “fire” my dad every day. Of course. I’m joking.

What’s your favorite song to sing in the shower?

I love any and every Beatles song. I know them all and know all the words.

Who’s your celebrity crush (or favorite Hollywood star)?

My love is Paul McCartney, I call him "my guy."

What’s your message to other young entrepreneurs who want to follow in your footsteps?
